When should we arrive?
You can arrive when you like. However, you will not be allowed in the park until your allotted start time. You are welcome to wait in the carpark
Where do we Park?
One of our tame Zombies with a PHD in Parking will meet you as you pull up and show you where to park.
What is the minimum age?
We advise 12-year-olds, but you know your kids. If you think they will enjoy it, it's your call as long as you accompany them in the park.
What is the group size?
Your group size is a maximum of 12 victims; however, if you need to add extras, please call 01953 887174 to see if we can accommodate you. You will be in the Park for approximately 2 hours.
Are there any restrictions?
Due to the nature of the attractions, this event is not recommended for pregnant people, people with heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia or a nervous disposition. Always seek medical advice beforehand if you are affected by any of these conditions.
What if the weathers bad?
Zombies and other creatures love the rain, so we operate in any weather unless we deem it unsafe. If we cancel, you will be refunded
will we be on our own?
No, a Park Ranger will take you to each park of the park and explain how to survive.
Will the creatures touch me?
The should not do, however there are some parts of the park where you will be incouraged to interact With the creatures
CAN I TOUCH THE CREATURES?
Only if invited to by a park Ranger
Is there much walking?
Yes there is some walking. you willmove to veriouse parks of the park under the guidence of your ranger. you are out in the eliments, so please dress for the weather.
Is food and drink availible?
you will receive a welcome drink on arrival, and food will be available at the end of your tour.

What happens
when we book?
A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. Ensure you book the start time you want.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I TURN UP UNDER THE INFLUENCE OR AM DISRUPTIVE TO ANOTHER GUESTS EXPERIENCE
Right to Refuse: The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder (in the interest of public safety). IF WE DEEM TO UNFIT TO ENTER, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY. If we suspect you are under the influence of any substance on arrival, you will be refused entry and no refund will be issued.
The Right to Remove: We also reserve the right to remove any guest during the tour. if we feel you are a danger to either yourself, other visitors, or our team. You will also be removed if you are disruptive or detrimental to other people's experiences. You will be escorted from the site and will have to wait in the car park until the rest of your group is finished. no refund will be issued.
