TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU BOOK


Booking: A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied at the time of booking. Once payment has been confirmed, tickets booked online are reserved for your specified date and time slot. You MUST bring your email confirmation with you.

 
Pre-book Only: This is a pre-book-only event. You are booking a time slot. Please ensure that you are not late. you may be refused entry and a refund will not be issued. PLEASE ENSURE YOU KNOW WHERE BATTLE STATION IS LOCATED BEFORE YOU SET OFF. See directions page.
 
Group Size - Your group size is a maximum of 12 victims; however, if you need to fit extras onto your group, please call 01953 887174 to see if we can accommodate you. Battle stations reserve the right to mix groups together (No more than 12) to enhance your experience. We may alter your arrival time and if this is the case. We will give you a minimum of 24 hours notice.

6:00 pm Group 1 "The victims" 6:00 pm
6:30 pm Group 2 "Fresh Meat"
7:00 pm Group 3 "Body Count"
7:30 pm Group 4 "Zombie Treats"
8:00 pm Group 5 "Organ Donors"
8:30 pm Group 6 "Blood Bank"
 
Arrival:  Please arrive 5 minutes before your entry time. You cannot enter the terror tour until your scheduled time. We reserve the right to refuse entry. Any person deemed intoxicated, misbehaving or acting with criminal intent will be ejected from the event, and their ticket will be invalidated.
 
Weather:  It may be wet and cold, so please dress appropriately. Depending on how long you survive, you may be out in the open for over an hour. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather; we run in almost any weather. In the event that we (Battle Stations) cancel due to weather or other factors, an exchange for another evening will be offered, or a full refund will be issued.
 
 Age: The Terror tour has a minimum age of 12. Proof of age may be requested.

Interactions with the exhibits: The Terror Tour Team are here to make your experience outstandingly terrifying. They will not touch or grab you but they may surprise you, come extremely close to you, drawl on you and sniff you.

Please do not touch our actors to ensure their safety, as you may be ejected from the experience. 

Food or drink : Only food and during purchased on the site may be consumed on the site. may only be purchased from the event, No illegal substances or legal highs may be brought onto the premises at any time

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited once you are in the experience, A smoking area will be set up outside the venue.  

Are you Suitable?: Due to the nature of the attractions, this event is not recommended for pregnant people, people with heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia or of a nervous disposition. Always seek medical advice beforehand if you are affected by any of these conditions.
Strobe lighting, smoke machines and synthetic fragrances are used in the hunting grounds.
Dogs: Dogs are not permitted. Guide dogs are allowed into the site but not in any of the attractions

Parking: Vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to any vehicles.

Carer Tickets: We offer a free Essential Companion ticket for one person accompanying a registered disabled guest.  To be eligible for these tickets, you must show proof of carer status on entry: NIMBUS Access Card +1 or +2, carer’s allowance, or photographic ID of employed carer. Please contact the Terror Team to book your Essential Companion ticket on 01953 887174.

Data protection: Your credit card details and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation. Use of the ticket implies agreement with the rules of the Terror Tour posted on our website.

All tickets remain the property of Battle Stations and are not for resale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Right to Refuse: The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder, in the interest of public safety, should we feel that you are unfit to enter.  
The Right to Remove: We also reserve the right to remove any guest who is a danger to themselves, other visitors or our team. request guests leave the park at any time.

Other Offers: Tickets purchased online cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Intellectual Property: All material on this site's copyright and other intellectual property rights are owned by Battle Stations unless otherwise stated. You are permitted to print or download extracts from this site, provided they are for your personal use only and are not used for any commercial purpose.
No part of this website can be used for any other purpose, including transfer to another website, without the prior permission of Battle Stations.
